Alim Jackson

Alim Jackson is the administrative and programming specialist for the Faculty Diversity Collaborative within University Equity and Inclusion. He serves as the first point of contact for the office, managing daily operations and providing support for department initiatives. Alim was a standout lacrosse player at St. Benedict's Prep and Kean University. He has been at Rutgers since 2018 with roles at Express Newark and the Center for Government Services. Prior to joining Rutgers University, he served as Business Operations Coordinator for ABC/Disney. He has also worked at MTV, Nickelodeon, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN. He was part of the Emmy Award-winning Operations and Engineering team at Viacom CBS. He brings to the team innovative thinking and tenacity.
