ECARE Senior Faculty Success Partners provide intensive small group and individualized support offering guidance and long-range planning to support promotion and tenure ambitions as well as increasing professional visibility.
ECARE participants are encouraged and supported in identifying discipline specific mentors and/or a mentoring committee either within or outside of the university.
ECARE participants form an intentional community as the program engages alumni participants and cohorts across FDC programs. The senior faculty success partners, FDC staff, and faculty peers have the singular aim of reducing isolation and creating a community of support.
ECARE centers holistic support attending to the personal and professional needs, while recognizing the organizational and global challenges that can impact success. Through 1:1 coaching and peer support, we encourage reflection and resiliency in navigating challenges.
