OASIS Leadership & Professional Development Program

About OASIS

The OASIS Leadership and Professional Development program is designed to promote inclusive community, combat isolation, and mitigate against bias that can negatively shape the experiences of women faculty who may often face unique needs and challenges as they navigate higher ranks and leadership in academia.

Benefits

OASIS attends to the unique needs and challenges women faculty may face in academia through six months of intensive career development support where faculty:
