Dawn Ogali-Frederic

Dawn Ogali-Frederic, Ph.D. is the Senior Program Administrator SPVR for the Faculty Diversity Collaborative. In this role, Dawn provides strategic, organizational, and programmatic support to university-wide faculty development and diversity initiatives. Prior to joining the FDC team, Dawn worked in higher education for over a decade, primarily in student affairs, residence life, and graduate education. Dawn recently earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education. She is also an alum of the University of Connecticut where she earned her Masters in Higher Education Student Affairs and Florida International University where she completed her Bachelors in Mass Communication-Journalism.
