2022 - National Day of Racial Healing

Date & Time

18 January 2022

Category

Diversity & Inclusion

The National Day of Racial Healing was originated in 2017 under W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation efforts, which serves as a community and national based-process to determine and bring about transformational and sustainable change in addition to talking about the historical and contemporary effects of racism in U.S. society.

Communities, municipalities, organizations, and individuals will come together in this wide array of programs to foster truth-telling, affirm our common humanity and inspire collective action toward a more just and equitable world.

The Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation Center at Rutgers University - Newark will be hosting its 6th annual day of activities, events, and programs.  Join us in celebrating our shared humanity.
