Join us for a National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) virtual workshop titled “Solo Success: How to Thrive in the Academy When You’re the Only ______ in Your Department." Participants will learn strategies for increasing productivity, serving strategically, teaching efficiently, and building strong and healthy professional relationships.The workshop is open to allRutgers faculty, as well as postdocs and graduate students interested in academic careers.
