Kaylin Padovano

Kaylin Padovano, MSW, coordinates Education & Outreach to advance institutional equity and inclusion goals across Rutgers University. Kaylin helps build, maintain and share educational resources and tools to increase the capacity of the university community to engage across difference and promote an equitable and inclusive work environment at Rutgers. Kaylin is a licensed social worker with 15 years of experience in training and capacity building for organizational growth. Kaylin is also passionate about incorporating restorative justice principles and practices into Higher Education and using learning as a tool for disruption. She is an alumni of Rutgers University and Columbia University School of Social Work.
