Celebrating Progress
Rutgers Forward
Pursuing Excellence and Inclusion Deliberately
Released in March 2022, Rutgers' University Diversity Strategic Plan was guided by five priorities encapsulating areas where the university needed to make progress. Learn how we are working to realize our institutional commitment to inclusive excellence.

2023 Progress Summit
Building an Inclusive Academy | November 15, 2023
The Progress Summit showcased how, all across the institution, we were leveraging collaboration to drive progress. We reflected on our shared investment in developing a university community where everyone can thrive. We learned why diversity, in and of itself, is not enough and how bias education makes us smarter, fairer, and kinder. Collectively, we reaffirmed Rutgers' commitment to pursue excellence and inclusion deliberately.
