2023 Diversity Plan Progress Summit

The Diversity Plan Progress Summit showcased how, all across the institution, we were leveraging collaboration to drive progress. We reflected on our shared investment in developing a university community where everyone can thrive. We learned why diversity, in and of itself, is not enough and how bias education makes us smarter, fairer, and kinder. Collectively, we reaffirmed Rutgers' commitment to pursue excellence and inclusion deliberately.
