Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith is the Director of Strategic Initiatives in the office of University Equity and Inclusion. She is responsible for creative direction and operational management of signature initiatives within UEI and serves as a steward of the University Diversity Strategic Plan.

Prior to joining Rutgers University, Stephanie worked at NJIT@JerseyCity, a satellite location for New Jersey Institute of Technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from William Paterson University and an MBA with a marketing concentration from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
