Associate Teaching Professor
About
After graduating Rutgers with a PhD in microbiology, I joined as faculty member in 2012. I was recently promoted to rank of associate and I am the program director for our microbiology program. I am most interested in connecting with other faculty across our community to build a strong network of teaching focused faculty to exchange ideas, support each other and our students, and continually innovate undergraduate education at RU.
Current Work
In my role as teaching faculty, I teach microbiology courses for various undergraduate levels (majors and non-majors). In my role as undergraduate program director, I advise all of our microbiology majors and direct course innovation and course scheduling.
