Consider an upcoming video conference meeting or in-person presentation. What holds you back, or causes you to pause when you’re about ready to share a different perspective?

During this session, we will briefly describe imposter syndrome, then reflect on how you can reframe your thinking as you take the stage. We will describe five behavioral traits that you can apply when you want to maximize your message. Then, in breakouts, we will practice applying these traits and you will leave feeling confident and empowered.
