We, FAN into STEM team, are pleased to invite you to participate in a workshop designed to demystify the promotion process for Non-Tenure Track (NTT) STEM faculty. This workshop will bring together experienced faculty and staff to share their knowledge and materials, providing valuable insights and practical advice.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the NTT promotion requirements through discussions led by our panelists who have experience with the process.
  • View examples of successful promotion dossiers which will help you understand what is expected and how to best present your accomplishments.
  • Participate in hands-on table discussions led by our panelists, allowing you to survey specific aspects of the promotion process and ask questions in an interactive setting.
