This year's theme, 'More Than Words: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Action,' will feature interactive breakout sessions presented by partners across Rutgers where participants will build capacity to engage across difference, explore tools for institutional transformation, and promote community as we collectively work toward inclusion.
