Leading with Emotionally Intelligent Communication

Date & Time

07 October 2021

Category

Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a defining characteristic of great leadership and is a competency current (or aspiring) women leaders can develop and leverage for building trust and growing influence. EI is our ability to understand, manage and express our emotions while recognizing and responding appropriately to the emotional states of others. In this workshop, you will strengthen your EI competence through understanding EI’s key principles, developing your self-and social awareness, and practicing how to communicate in emotionally intelligent ways, the result of which can be more productive relationships, reduced conflict, and greater team performance.
